Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst will conduct client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients and their families to implement effective behavioral strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) based on identified target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary service providers to ensure effective treatment delivery
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling
- Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
