Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst will conduct client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients and their families to implement effective behavioral strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
  • Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) based on identified target behaviors
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary service providers to ensure effective treatment delivery
Required qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  • Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
