Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP), and collaborate with clients and families to enhance therapeutic outcomes in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers
- Utilize rehabilitative strategies prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists to support client development
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Current Pennsylvania license as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP, LCSW, LSW, or LBS
- At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services
- BCaBA Certification or equivalent Bachelor's level certification, or relevant training in ABA
- 40 hours of training related to ABA if licensed as a Psychologist
