Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients aged 2-21, their families, and other service providers in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors to inform treatment strategies
• Develop and review Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and families
• Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP, LCSW, LSW, or LBS
• At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services or relevant certification
• Minimum of 12 credits in ABA or 40 hours of ABA-related training, depending on experience
• Ability to oversee the provision of ABA services within the scope of practice
