Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Clinician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PA Licensed Clinician: LSW, LCSW, or LMFT in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients based on their needs
• Coordinate behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitor patient symptoms
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as an associate or independent clinician
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a licensed professional
• Experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, etc.) is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
