Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coordinator in the Community Healthchoices department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures members have access to needed behavioral health services
• Coordinates behavioral care with medically necessary services and collaborates with BH-MCOs
• Acts as a liaison for CHC MCO integration and facilitates seamless coordination between physical and behavioral care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other health-related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health
• Experience in behavioral health managed care
• Cultural competency and informed advocacy skills
• Preferred experience working with people with disabilities or seniors in need of LTSS
