Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and follow up with crisis resources for members in crisis
• Analyze clinical information to make utilization management decisions and develop care plans
• Coordinate care among members, guardians, and healthcare providers to support integrated care

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Nursing
• Minimum three years of postgraduate clinical experience or equivalent education and experience
• At least one year of direct practice experience in the Children's Behavioral Health Service Delivery System
• Current and unencumbered LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania
• Registered Nurse must have a Master's degree and two years of experience in Psychiatric Children's direct practice
