Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, edit, audit, and post service entries into the EHR
• Generate claims, invoices, and patient bills based on third-party payer criteria
• Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable, performing follow-up on open balances

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year billing experience
• Understanding of healthcare billing practices
• Familiarity with commercial insurance providers and claim submissions
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
