Required Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse based in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Ability to manage evolving priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
