Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Coordinator RN (UM) remote (PA/NJ/DE).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate medical care for members, ensuring appropriate and cost-effective treatment
• Evaluate treatment plans and establish the need for inpatient care using medical criteria
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and case management staff to facilitate appropriate care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PA; BSN preferred
• Minimum three years of clinical experience or equivalent, with preference for medical management experience
• Knowledge of current trends in medical practice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience in educating providers on managed care practices
