Job Summary
Providing seamless appointment scheduling services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Case Management Assistant will coordinate patient appointments, manage referral requests, and facilitate communication among patients and healthcare providers while working remotely during day shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedules patient appointments and provides preparation instructions for procedures and tests
- Processes patient registration and insurance information to ensure timely payment for services
- Coordinates referrals and responds to inquiries regarding appointment status from patients and physicians
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and healthcare processes is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient care
