Job Summary

Providing seamless appointment scheduling services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Case Management Assistant will coordinate patient appointments, manage referral requests, and facilitate communication among patients and healthcare providers while working remotely during day shifts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Schedules patient appointments and provides preparation instructions for procedures and tests
  • Processes patient registration and insurance information to ensure timely payment for services
  • Coordinates referrals and responds to inquiries regarding appointment status from patients and physicians
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and healthcare processes is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient care
