Pennsylvania Licensed Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of field case managers, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Case Manager Supervisor will oversee complex catastrophic cases in a fully remote environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and driving consistency across care management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and coaching to field case managers
• Oversee catastrophic referral intake and case assignment processes
• Monitor complex catastrophic cases to ensure quality, progress, and adherence to guidelines

Required qualifications

• Active RN License required
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 3+ years of clinical practice required; workers' compensation-related experience preferred
• Prior leadership and mentoring skills required
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM) preferred
