Job Summary
Pennsylvania Licensed Chief Risk Officer, responsible for overseeing enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks in a full-time, salaried role while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise risk management strategy to identify and mitigate various risks
- Lead cross-functional risk committees and ensure effective governance through compliance programs
- Advise executive leadership on ethics and compliance matters, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required); Juris Doctor (Preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in compliance, risk management, and/or audit within complex healthcare organizations (Required)
- CHC, CCEP, CISA, or equivalent professional credentials strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance education and training programs
