Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Coordinate services with various stakeholders and participate in clinical staff meetings

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited institution
Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
