Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time contract Pennsylvania Licensed Child Therapist will deliver high-quality virtual therapy to children and adolescents, building therapeutic relationships and monitoring patient progress while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships by understanding patient experiences and providing ongoing support
- Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure positive outcomes
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own a phone, computer, and have high-speed internet access
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on weekends
