Pennsylvania Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative who will handle liability and property claims under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining claim documentation
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates/negotiates claims for potential recovery
• Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders and stays updated on liability laws and policy changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience, or equivalent educational experience required
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
• Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified time frames
