Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates liability and property claims, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and evaluates/negotiates claims
• Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders and provides support for property claims during high volume periods

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
• Must obtain appropriate state licenses within specified time frames
• Ability to work remote with required internet service bandwidth
