Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (PA License) for a remote position based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closures
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to maintain compliance and manage transaction documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
