Job Summary

To support patient needs, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Care Agent will provide clinical oversight for appointment scheduling and physician referrals while delivering exceptional customer service, with remote work available after initial onsite training.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary clinical contact for patients, addressing their information and support needs via phone
• Schedule office appointments and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• Assist with data reporting and obtaining necessary referrals and authorizations

Required qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• Graduate of an LPN program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting
• Proven basic computer skills with the ability to type at least 35 words per minute
