Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review clinical assessments and plans visits based on client care needs and reimbursement
  • Oversee services provided to home health clients to maximize clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Manage an active caseload of 100-150 clients and monitor the activity of clinical staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Three to five years of clinical experience, with at least two years in home care
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Home Care Coding Specialist certifications preferred or to be obtained within two years
