Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee the Wellsboro, Cole, and Kane Offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary home health team, ensuring quality, safety, and financial goals are met
• Facilitate patient care coordination and manage operations within established policies and budgetary parameters
• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff, participating in hiring and orientation processes

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA with a BSN, or a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in PA
• Management experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent home healthcare experience required; three years preferred
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and JC regulations
• Effective customer relationship skills and willingness to maintain relationships with key customers
