Job Summary

To support the Corporate Revenue Cycle, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of authorization, denial management, and utilization review functions, ensuring optimal workflow and staff development in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data for trends impacting expected outcomes and communicate findings to leadership
• Manage denial and edit resolution processes to minimize issues and improve efficiency
• Develop a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and promoting a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
• Pennsylvania State Nursing Licensure
• Five years of experience in revenue cycle, care management, or program development
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
