Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to define and develop formularies and provide clinical support in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clinical criteria for medications and recommend plan design changes
Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support to internal departments
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy
2+ years of mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy experience or 1+ years of pharmacy residency program experience
Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions; must be licensed in Pennsylvania
Must be able to work EST hours
