Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, MTM Services to support the MTM Call Center Team within the Pharmacy Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medication therapy management services to optimize members' medication regimens
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve non-medication related issues and refer members to appropriate resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements of clinical functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- MTM and related clinical services experience preferred
- Registration as a registered pharmacist (RPh) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure
- Strong organizational skills and computer literacy for pharmacy programming
- Annual assessment of job-related skills and competency
