Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Record Reviewer (RN) - Home Health Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets patient records to assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Consults with providers and management to ensure consistency in clinical criteria application
• Provides concurrent medical record review and facilitates corrective actions for documentation deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for hospice coverage
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania upon hire
