Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Clinical Reviewer to conduct reviews of clinical interactions and documentation for quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews of clinical documentation and interactions against regulations and standards
• Analyze clinical records and prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor quality of care standards and assist in planning activities to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's level clinician (RN) or master's level clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MFT) required
• 5+ years of clinical experience required; 7+ years of clinical experience with an associate's degree may substitute for a bachelor's degree
• Experience in total quality improvement or behavioral healthcare preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Project management skills and demonstrated experience required
