Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Form provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Provide treatment for various mental health conditions using evidence-based methods

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a provider in the Medicare program
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW) in the state of practice
• 5+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post Master's degree
