Job Summary

A company is looking for a PA Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LPC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients in collaboration with primary care providers
• Monitors patient symptoms and treatment effectiveness, facilitating care plan adjustments as necessary
• Documents patient progress and coordinates care management plans with the care team and patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as an associate or independent clinician (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• A secure, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and cloud-based systems
