Key Responsibilities

• Research and verify other insurance coverage across all lines of business
• Apply CMS, DPW, PID, and Medicare regulations to determine order of benefits
• Update and maintain accurate COB data in internal and external systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience in a business environment
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations related to coordination of benefits
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• MS Office/PC skills required
