Job Summary

To support a growing litigation practice, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Commercial Litigator will manage a diverse caseload from pre-suit through trial, develop litigation strategies, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation cases, including pre-suit, trial, and appeal stages
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while advising clients on risk assessment
• Conduct depositions and attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Required qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania law license with experience in commercial litigation
• Strong analytical and writing skills for drafting legal documents
• Proven experience in managing complex business disputes
• Ability to develop and implement litigation strategies
• Experience in client relationship management and communication
