Job Summary
Supporting Pennsylvania residents under the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE) Program, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Community Advocate will establish relationships, conduct comprehensive assessments, and assist clients in accessing necessary resources.
Key responsibilities
- Assists clients in accessing services through comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate assistance and coordinates benefit-related calls and appointments
- Researches and evaluates benefit options, preparing relevant information and applications for various programs tailored to individual client needs
- Identifies and resolves complex issues independently using critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills while maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- 2 years of work experience in customer service or patient care
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
