Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Auditor in Healthcare Legal and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts scheduled and unplanned audits on medical record documentation, coding, and billing
• Mentors compliance staff and provides education on billing compliance
• Develops and implements corrective action plans and prepares responses to governmental audits

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
• One of the following certifications: CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT, or CPMA
• Experience in medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of compliance risk areas and federal payor billing compliance
