Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Analyst responsible for the development, review, and maintenance of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain contracts ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Identify potential operational, legal, and financial issues, notifying management and recommending alternatives
• Manage contract template documents and maintain accurate records of contracting reference materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required)
• Associate's Degree in a related field of study (preferred)
