Job Summary

To manage the financial operations of a ~$10M ARR SaaS company, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Controller will oversee the monthly close process, prepare financial reports, and lead process improvements while supervising a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
• Lead automation initiatives in QuickBooks Online to enhance efficiency in accounting processes
• Supervise and develop a small team, providing training and guidance to ensure operational continuity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a small to medium company or SaaS environment
• Hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online, with a focus on automation and integrations
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
• Strong process orientation with the ability to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
• CPA preferred but not required
