Job Summary
To support new and seasoned entrepreneurs, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Corporate Paralegal will prepare and file corporate formation documents, obtain necessary signatures, and communicate corporate responsibilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file required documents to establish corporate entities, including Articles of Incorporation and amendments
- Work with clients to obtain signatures and organize documents for banks and related parties
- Communicate state requirements and corporate responsibilities clearly to clients and collaborate with Registered Agents as needed
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Corporate Paralegal certification
- Experience in preparing corporate formation documents and understanding state requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in process management systems and document management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
