Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Outpatient Couple/Family Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week while collaborating with a team to enhance community mental health services
• Utilize creativity in interventions and coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting
• Experience with clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
