Job Summary

A company is looking for a Couples and Family Therapist LPC LCSW LMFT.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans, maintaining documentation according to policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week while providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with a team and coordinate services with various personnel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania
• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
