Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans while maintaining documentation
Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions per week and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with a team and coordinate services with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution
Licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
