Job Summary

To assist with criminal defense matters remotely, a part-time contract position is available for a Pennsylvania Licensed Criminal Defense Attorney with at least two years of criminal law experience, who will manage court appearances in Lancaster County and must be willing to travel for hearings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle court appearances and represent clients in criminal defense cases in Lancaster County
• Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases
• Work independently to manage a caseload and communicate effectively with clients and the firm

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in criminal law
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Strong research and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
