Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and ensure a high-quality service experience while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Residency in Pennsylvania is required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office environment
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
