Job Summary
Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals in distress, assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, and deliver crisis intervention services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Residency in Pennsylvania is required
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space while working remotely
- Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
