Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health initiative, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic emotional support, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services from a fully remote location, requiring effective multitasking and professional documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
- Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across multiple software systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Residency in Pennsylvania required
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free, private office space
- Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
