Pennsylvania Licensed Critical Incident Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Critical Incident Investigator I to support the Community HealthChoices Quality Improvement Department remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage electronic intake queues for critical incident reporting
• Collect and verify information from various sources to support accurate recordkeeping
• Prepare incident summaries and data reports for management review

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or Social Work preferred; or Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare products, and managed care principles preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and web-based healthcare applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in investigations or service coordination at an administrative level is advantageous
