Job Summary

A company is looking for a PA or CRNP for the Toxicology Bridge Clinic, offering remote work and focusing on substance abuse disorder treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities through independent judgment and collaboration with healthcare team members
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve desired outcomes
• Engage in clinical development and continuous learning to improve professional practice and patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with appropriate state licensure and certifications
• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
• Preferred BSN/MSN for CRNP candidates or BS/MS for PA candidates
• Current CPR certification and necessary clearances (Act 33, Act 73, Act 34)
• Preferred professional nursing or clinical experience
