Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Navigator, ABA services - remote (PA/NJ/DE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to members and providers regarding Autism, ABA, and related benefits and services
  • Make outreach calls to member families for education, screening, and coordination of care management needs
  • Collaborate with network providers for appropriate referrals and support care transitions for optimal member health outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related healthcare field
  • Three or more years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and data processing
  • Basic understanding of diagnostic requirements and medical comorbidities
  • Ability to make referrals for testing and familiarity with behavioral health/medical terminology
