Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Financial Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, providing comprehensive support to patients regarding billing, accounts receivable functions, and financial assistance programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide one-stop service for patients by addressing issues related to billing and financial processes
  • Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, account resolution, and management of financial assistance programs
  • Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
