Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer accounts, and provide technical support while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Required qualifications

  • Ability to work in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a hard-wired internet connection
  • Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
