Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer accounts, and provide technical support while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Ability to work in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a hard-wired internet connection
- Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
