Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls in a high-volume Behavioral Health triage call center, conducting initial crisis triage assessments and coordinating member access to services while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of member benefits and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains comprehensive understanding of member benefits, policies, and procedures, and stays updated on plan changes
- Facilitates members' access to services, including scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation as needed
- Documents inquiries and provides exemplary customer service by responding proactively to member requests and complaints
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or call center experience required, with preference for 1+ year
- Experience with Pennsylvania Medicaid and behavioral health programs preferred
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania healthcare providers and community resources preferred
- Proficient in typing and general knowledge of computers required
