Job Summary

Documenting process flows for customer success initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Success Architect will translate high-level renewal decisions into detailed requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Document and analyze customer success process flows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Translate strategic renewal decisions into actionable requirements for implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer success objectives
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success management or a related field
  • Familiarity with process documentation and analysis
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms is a plus
