Job Summary
Documenting process flows for customer success initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Customer Success Architect will translate high-level renewal decisions into detailed requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Document and analyze customer success process flows to enhance operational efficiency
- Translate strategic renewal decisions into actionable requirements for implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer success objectives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success management or a related field
- Familiarity with process documentation and analysis
- Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and renewal processes
