Job Summary

Supporting broker partners across the Patriot platform, the full-time hybrid Pennsylvania Licensed Cyber Account Manager will manage new and renewal cyber insurance submissions, coordinate quotes, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage new and renewal cyber insurance submissions, including market selection, quoting, and coverage analysis
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal broker partners, providing professional service and guidance on cyber insurance solutions
  • Prepare and present client-facing proposals, ensuring compliance with surplus lines requirements and state-specific regulations
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in cyber, professional liability, or specialty lines
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy structures, and underwriting processes
  • Experience in a wholesale, brokerage, or fast-paced client service environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
