Job Summary

• Develop documentation, conduct testing, and prepare training materials
• Provide ongoing support and participate in system upgrades and vendor reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Experience can be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained
• Ability to understand and analyze workflows and system requirements
• Participation in team on-call rotation for support required
